I think - Ron's gone mad.

Harry stared at Ron in bewilderment, taking the bottle and holding it tight, like a baby. "I think y'gonna hur'tit," he said seriously. "It dun nottin' but be good to us, ye see, and you go'n and hur'tit?" Harry shook his head violently before taking another long drink and then holding it again. "I'll keep you safe," he said in a whisper to it. "Ron's go'n and be daft prolly tinkin' of Her'mi'nee."
