Tracey's mild exasperation was most amusing, though this fascination hardly reflected on Theodore's features. With a curt nod, he answered a simple, "Yes. of course." while he continued to listen to her.
"Really, now..." Theo commented when she had shared her opinions about his insomnia, his lips slightly pouting in thought. "Do the dark circles under my eyes not give me away?" Raising one hand, he pushed his hair back from his features, his eyes averting from her to the fire before them. "I've had difficulty sleeping since I was... five. I was on my way to the Infirmary when I saw you. That was when I decided your company would be drastically more satisfying that a Sleeping Draught."
"Oh, are they?" Theodore challenged. "Daphne and Pansy respectively are capable of great things, horrible things at certain occasions. One should not underestimate them. I've learned this the hard way, I'm afraid.." he narrated, his face looking as if he remembered something particularly horrible, but at the same time he gave out a dismissive air that told that he wouldn't elaborate even if one inquired. His glance drifted back to her when he caught her surprise when she found out his fascination with bloodpops. Another small smile grazed his features as he took the candy in his mouth as a way to confirm her question.
Theo leaned back comfortable on the couch, feeling relaxed for some reason, before taking out the lollipop from his mouth, his lips turning even more red. "The journals are... satisfying for a time, incredibly useful as well if one would take time to considered it, but the magic wears off fairly quickly when you realize you have a book full of other people's nonsense drabbles. Merlin, the idiotic things other people complain about often leave me exasperated and annoyed and there, comes the migraine." He then chanced a look at her at her next words and the smile on his lips grew wider. "Of course. Romance novels. Idiotic. Why would anyone subscribe to such monstrosities?" At this proclamation, he took out his copy of Pride and Prejudice and threw it on the space between them on the couch. "Perhaps that can change your mind." he stated, gaze drifting back on the fire before he quietly, quite contentedly ate is bloodpop.
