Thomas had just finished dinner when he realized it was time for him to meet up with Jack in the library. Quickly, he packed his things, slung his back on his shoulder and politely excused himself form his present company before making his way outside the Hall. He climbed the steps quickly, crossed the dark, deserted torch-lit corridors and soon found himself already standing outside the familiar double doors that led to the library.
Raising one hand, he pushed at the door and stepped in. Normally, there were a good number of students hanging around in the library at this hour, though now, he found that it was practically deserted. In one of the nearest tables, he saw, was Jack. This caused a smile to crawl up his features, remembering the awesome time he had with the other a few days back in Diagon Alley. Truly, he boy was interesting, and after the summer Thomas just had, he was thankful for the refreshing change of company.
Readjusting his bag on his shoulder, he crossed the room to where the other was and stopped behind him. "Meditating?" Thomas teased, smiling. He noticed them how many papers were scattered about on the table in front of the other. He leaned down and picked up on a piece of paper that had fallen on the floor, made his way to the seat across the other before handing it to him. "Need help?"
