"That's because I am miserable," Scorpius said, walking into Charlie's office and sitting in front of his desk. He felt like being dramatic. He felt like exagerating everything as much as his father usually did, but he wasn't sure he actually needed to. Things were pretty shitty by themselves.
"Caspar and I broke up. Already. And now he's dating Xavier. Or maybe just sleeping with him. I'm not sure. Already." Scorpius ran a hand through his hair, then looked up at Charlie. "Mum said Dad cheated on you when you were together. What made you forgive him?"
