Scorpius took the glass of whiskey, turning it around in his hands. "Things got really complicated all of the sudden," he said. "Caspar broke up with me because he was trying to wake me up and I was grumpy and I thought he was Albus, so I called him by the wrong name and he got mad."
He took a sip of the whiskey, glancing up at Charlie. "And... Caspar doesn't know, but Albus and I... I did... cheat on him with Albus, but Albus has a boyfriend and he doesn't want to hurt him. I was trying to make it up to Caspar without him knowing what I did, but then we broke up, and I told Albus that I loved him and Albus says he loved me, but he still won't leave his boyfriend to be with me and I don't know what to do." Scorpius gave his father a miserable look. "And Victoire's not talking to me because she told me I should try and date Caspar and then when I did she got mad. I just wander around school feeling guilty and miserable all the time."
