"I love you," Kit said. Now that the shock of Albus's confession was wearing off, he could feel his heart breaking. Kit blinked to try and keep himself from crying. "You like me a lot but Scorpius what?" He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath to try and get a handle on his emotions, but it wasn't working. "Are you... I mean... Is he who you want to be with?" Kit's chest was aching from how much this hurt. He didn't want Caspar to be right. He opened his eyes, looking at Albus again. "Or me?"
