The voice was familiar. Pyxis turned her head and smiled at Walden. He wasn't an unpleasant surprise to her. And he looked so good. Sophisticated. She almost wanted to make a pleased noise in her throat.
But, she couldn't. She just felt upset. "Hey." She nodded and turned on the stool towards him. "It had been a while. What are you doing here?"
