James blinked at Cepheus in surprise when he was kissed by the other boy, but... He smiled a little. "Duly noted," he said. "If I'm going to kiss you I should do it properly."
He closed the space between them, tilting Cepheus's head up and kissed him again, for longer this time, pulling the smaller boy close to his chest. "Like that."
