Maybe this wasn't so bad, after all. So far, Benjy had only had to watch Abbie kiss two people. She'd had to kiss the same freshman as him, which was kind of amusing, and he didn't love watching her kiss Scotty, but it could have been a whole lot worse. All in all, he supposed it was working out okay. A lot of people were getting him, but at least he wasn't having to watch Abbie kiss a whole bunch of people. He didn't know why the idea bothered him so much, but it did.
As his turn came around for a third spin, he grabbed it again, giving it a good twirl. So good, in fact, that it moved almost all the way around the circle a few times before it settled on the girl next to him.
"Hey, there," he half-laughed, turning to the girl and brushing his lips over hers.
