Awkward didn't even come close to describing how Melia felt.

It was obvious that Melly knew what she was doing, and Melia felt like that only served to accentuate her own inexperience. The kiss wasn't bad, but she felt like her lips were... clumsy. Was that even possible? Could a person's lips be clumsy? As it was only her second kiss, she couldn't be expected to know everything, but the first kiss had felt a little more... natural.

As horrible as it sounded, she was relieved when the cheerleader finally pulled away, and that probably showed in her expression for a brief moment. Her features changed slightly when the girl told her that kissing her had been very, very nice, though.

"Really?" she whispered, but the blonde had already shifted back to her seat. It was probably for the best. She didn't want everyone to know how new this was for her. They'd probably think she was stupid or something.
