Tiffany had been having an amazing time, but it got even better when she saw Jeremy and he greeted her with that smile. He looked genuinely happy to see her and Tiffany couldn't help but react to that.
"I am!" she answered, nodding her head and smiling at him. "Are you?" She could have kicked herself. Of course he was having a good time. It was party. That made it kind of a stupid question, didn't it?
"I mean, that's probably a stupid question. It's your party, so of course you must be having a good time..." she began to babble as she mentally chided herself for sounding like such a moron. She'd had a great time at the movies, too.. well, and after, of course, and she told herself that asking stupid questions was definitely not a way to make him want to do it again.
The movies. Or the other thing. Whatever.
