What up guys it's me Joey here playing your resident Jou. I used to use his dub name when I played him, but I've taken up using the original name instead because the dub name is my name and I had a hard time telling when people were trying to address me or trying to address my character. There isn't anything special about Jou though talents or powers wise. He's just a happy-go-lucky, wears his heart of is sleeve, very expressive in his emotions kind of guy.
