Sasakura Ryuu is from Bartender. Its a series that is just made up from a series of one-shots so he's from anywhere in it after his encounter with Mr. Perfect.

Sasakura is an excellent bartender, and thus an excellent people reader. He makes drinks for people that suit them like gloves. Since he is one of the only alcohol distributors in Traverse Town, he's taken it upon himself to enforce drinking laws and regulations. Basically he only gives alcoholic drinks to those who are of age in their worlds (or in control, he won't give alcohol to someone who's out of control in his presence).

Sasakura works at Mamori's cafe in the afternoon and evenings (usually when she's not working). In the very late evenings he's the only one there usually. Right now he's taken Mikage as an apprentice. Sasakura lives at the Inn with his co-worker Haruhi Fujioka.

Sasakura also, earlier, managed to procure a massive amount of syrups and liquors from the synthesis shop. He's got so many he hasn't gotten through them yet. On another note he's somewhat freaked out by heartless and moogles. He's got a set of katars to defend himself but he's so abysmal at using them to the point where he just doesn't carry them around hardly ever.
