Let's see... I know they don't have hearts or higher brain functions. Maleficent seems to be able to control them with her own powers, so I don't see why Geass wouldn't work on them.
Regarding Geass, though, if you do plan on using it on anyone other than the heartless (which are pretty much NPCs) just make sure you ask the mun first. :)
