She felt the skillet go heavy in her hands at the sound of his voice. What on earth was Gabriel doing over so late? She gently placed the skillet on the floor before making her way around the corner of the kitchen and into the living room. "Gabriel! What on earth..."
The sight of Gabriel Corner trying to keep things together was rather amusing, she had to admit, albeit a bit unexpected. He was swaying ever so slightly and looked like that trip through the floo wasn't exactly the best idea for him at that moment. She walked over to where he was, placing herself under one of his arms so she could help him to the sofa or what have you. "You're lucky you said something. I was about ten paces from taking a bloody skillet to your head." Oh, he reeked of alcohol. The smell wasn't horrible but--certainly not something she wanted to smell at that moment.
