What?

Anneliese watched Will carefully (as carefully as she could through her tears), unsure of what he was actually saying. He didn't think--? Did that mean--- wait. Within a few minutes she was able to stop herself from crying, now only giving the occasional sniffle. Was he lying? Just to get her to stop? But-- no, he wouldn't do that. There was a reason behind why they actually got married, after all, because they trusted each other, and of course she loved him, so.

She didn't understand. Because--- how could something like that come out of nowhere? It just didn't, which meant... a lot of things Anneliese wasn't really sure she wanted to get into. And--- a large frown formed on her face, and her hands clung to her clothing. She never thought he was-- okay, no that was a lie, just once it had crossed her mind during one of her many rant sessions with Emmeline but that had quickly turned into the conclusion that he was just being mean. Not that---

"I didn't---" she choked, her hands letting go of the sides of her shirt to move over her stomach. Her huge stomach. Who was probably hating her right now because she had been so emotional the last week that her head hadn't ceased to stop swimming, which meant that the baby felt the way she felt and---

"That's not---" Quickly, the tears returned, but this time for yet another reason. She was just constantly screwing this up, wasn't she? Being pregnant was suppose to be a happy time, with wonderful decisions and excitement and... all she felt was confusion, anxiety, and anger half the time. Or hungry.

Anneliese took a step forward to him, but stopped as she noticed that she still hadn't said anything to counter what he was saying. Of course he would be a good father, and he was a good husband, so there was no reason why Will should be thinking that. She opened her mouth again, attempting to say what she was thinking. "Don't-- I don't think--- you're not--"

Oh--- oh. Oh. Seemingly out of nowhere, Anneliese felt her abdomen begin to gnaw in pain, and instinctively she doubled over slightly with her hands over her stomach. Was this--- how could--- holy shit, why was this happening now! "--- I have to sit down."
