Honestly, Bertram had not at all expected this to happen.
He hadn't even been hoping, honestly.
Now it was just a matter of himself wanting to save Darwin from someone like Franzy - she really was a bitch, to be doing this at her own wedding. She couldn't care all that much about him if she was kissing him now.
