Who said that love died out after marriage? Whoever declared that was very wrong, Mackenzie one hundred percent believed. Even now, two and a half years after they declared themselves as the Goldsteins, Sebastian could still make her blush deeper than ever before. And not only that, but he was still very well-versed in making her stomach jump and her skin jolt alive at his touch. She should really scold him for making her feel so juvenile, but seeing as she was enjoying the feeling, Mackenzie supposed it could wait until later. And by later, she really meant never.
"Well thank you Mr. Goldstein," she laughed, her hands going to his face. Mackenzie took a few moments to look at Sebastian through her cupped palms. "You look rather sensational yourself, I might note." The brilliant beam that was her smile continued to show through on her face, not breaking for a laugh or a giggle.
Which was saying a lot, since all she was doing was laughing, giggling, and making squirming noises. Sebastian was making her squirm with all his pressing and pushing-- in all the right places, of course, but it was making her feel so jumbled up inside! But in a good way. A very, very, very good way. Mackenzie enjoyed the way he held her, the way that he looked into her eyes, and the more she thought about it, the more it reminded her of how she could not live without this man.
Mackenzie pressed her lips firmly back onto his, taking in as much seriousness as she could in the moment. They were ridiculous. And she had never been so happy to be labeled so.
