-------Greta got another weird package but there was a bloody SNAKE in side and she got bit and she's in Mungo's in the Creature-Induced Injuries wing and I didn't know if I should contact the Order MYSELF or---I don't know help!

Stay calm. I'll handle the Order. The hospital will contact the Department of Law Enforcement to make a report and a Hitwizard will likely want to question Greta. Please, contact her family and keep an eye out for anything suspicious until more of us arrive. Most importantly, stay calm. Keep your wits. She'll need a friend.
