She raised an eyebrow, "Somehow I doubt that. You'd just meet him at lunch if that were the case." She bit on her lower lip again, "I would at least like Sadie and our little girl to know each other. They will be half sisters."
Jen thought she was saying the right thing, she was trying to be friendly. Bess had been one of her closest friends in Hogwarts and it wasn't fair that her husband was driving them apart. She pushed a hand through her hair, unaware of what she had done.
