A soft laugh escaped from between her tiers as she grabbed all of the menu's and rose back up to her feet. "Well then, Chinese it is!" It was a good thing that he knew what he wanted, because Gab was very indecicive when it came to what they were going to have for dinner. Even when she was making food, she'd start out with it being one thing and then it would change into something different midway through. Like, if she was cooking chicken for Chicken Cutlets, she'd decide that she wanted Chicken Parm instead and would add sauce and cheese. It was always like a little surprise, and Dimitri could never really ask what was for dinner because if she gave him an answer it'd wind up being something different later on 9/10 of the time.
She stood on her toes to place the menu's away, standing back to her normal height when she heard his voice get closer to her. Gab grinned as sheleaned back against him, turning her head as one of her hands were placed over his own on the counter while the other one rose so she could touch the side of his face. "My knight in shining armor." Leaning up, she kissed his cheek and then pulled away again. "But you know, maybe I should lean over the counter a little, and then he'd give us a discount." She grinned up at him, waiting to see what his reaction would be.
