Alright, now at this point, she could really care less about cake. This new subject was much more interesting, because they were on the topic of Caradoc, which meant that they could talk about Emmeline, and Anneliese didn't really care if Will didn't want to because she needed to. Anneliese sat up straight in her chair, turning fully to him. And even though she had been watching his face intently, she had missed the slight frown that had formed on his.
"No, I just---" she started, but then stopped for a moment. She--Will wanted to marry her, right? Well... then he might as well be aware now that she had a serious gossiping problem when it came to her friend's lives. Not to other people she didn't know, no no that was wrong, but, urgh, she couldn't help but talk about Emmeline's new love life development when she knew Will would say next to nothing about it to anyone. So, Anneliese clicked her heals together and patted down her hair before continuing.
"I've been dying to talk to--- Ellie, but she hasn't been--- and I know you won't really care, but I have to talk to someone about this, because it's too good to--- so big--- okay, when I went over to Emmeline's on Sunday--- she was-- Caradoc was there, and--- I--- walked in on them and she was--- but I never actually saw him, but she said that--- he was there, but why would they be--- do you know anything?" Ahhhh. She felt so much better.
