He either went home miserable or he went over to Adrian's and was miserable. It was difficult to keep up this mask of complete happiness during his every waking hour. While he was in the gym with his players, Tony needed to be the one to motivate them to push themselves just a bit farther. When he was home, he was the one that brightened up his daughter's day, no matter how he was feeling on the inside. It was tiring when he wasn't happen with his situation, when he as lonely and frustrated with so many aspects of his life.
This feeling of defeat weighed heavily on his shoulders and Tony allowed his legs to give out underneath him, leaving him to plant himself on the floor in front of Adrian. He truly hated spilling his problems on his friends, but after his drunken revelation to Wendy a few months back, talking to his best mate shouldn't be too difficult, yeah?
"Do you have any single friends?" he blurted. Oh, look at that. This conversation was difficult. Tony mimicked Adrian's hands and pressed them to the floor, ducking his gaze away, "Of the female variation, to be specific."
