While he had been taken care of, Ethan had never found himself comfortable. No, no, he was constantly looking over his shoulder, he knew that he wasn't supposed to be here, and to have a royal vizier of a Muggle king actually be magical was more than unsettling. Why was Giaffar so involved, it didn't seem like a normal Wizard/Muggle allegiance, or was the King aware? Zayn most definitely didn't, he had no idea that his wife, his princess was a magical cursebreaker who'd rather traipse around in boots and mud than---

"You look really pretty," he said, though the compliment was lost with the look of mass confusion on his face, his tone greatly suspicious. Ethan shook his head, "Look we've got to talk."

He moved toward the center of the room and pulled from one of his many pockets a small, handheld wireless. But not just any radio! No, it had been nicked from one of Giaffar's wizarding guards, who had all but completely vanished since the trio had arrived in Jordan. Ethan had spotted him by the walls of a courtyard one night and after keeping his distance, had managed to find the guard's sleeping quarters and had, with a few practical skills he may have learned from Nico, broke into the room and collected all the magical items he could find---but only things that would not be missed.

"I nicked a wireless from one of Giaffar's guards," he said lowly, putting the wireless to his ear. Ethan, with some quick motions, held it against his chest and turned the small dial. "There's an outbreak of some freak virus in England---we have to get back."

It wasn't something that he had directly voiced to Larkin, as this whole situation was very sensitive and he didn't want to push buttons that might cause someone to be thrown back into the dungeons. But his brother was a healer, if this virus was anything like last time---it could be so easily spread, Ethan couldn't risk it. His mother, his brother, his nephew---there were too many people he'd left behind for too long.

"We need to go home."
