"Oh, you know," he said, dropping down to the couch beside Andrea. Not only beside, but so pressed against her that if they had not been dating it would have been seen as remarkably rude how close he was, as there was plenty of room on the couch for him to have stretched upon. "Pouty and grumpy because I wouldn't let her stay up to put her ribbons in your hair."
He stretched his arms and dropped one around Drea's shoulders, his fingers taking hold of the end of her lovely locks to idly play with them. It was very nice to have someone willing to deal with bedtime dramas and wars and not get frustrated. Tony himself could sometimes not understand how he didn't blow his lid when it came to his very stubborn daughter, so he was glad that Drea had the patience to wait for him while he tamed the ravage Cho-Beast.
It was only because the little girl refused to sleep when she was tired, and her exhaustion made her grumpy, and her grumpiness made her a Cho-Beast! It was really quite simple, if only she could understand!
"Though I did tell a bit of a white lie and say she'd have a chance tomorrow..." Tony said innocently, smile widening. "I'll let her do mine too, if it helps."
