She breezed right past him without a glance and Darren couldn't manage more than several bewildered blinks, his brows creasing in confusion. Well, couple things were now for certain - she was pissed at him and she wanted him out of the flat. Darren frowned as he watched her walk purposefully to the bedroom. He then followed after her. He wasn't leaving until she gave him an explanation for all the theatrics, that was for damn certain.
An annoyed sighed escaped him as he approached her room just as she stomped back inside after having visited the bathroom. Darren was giving her the benefit of the doubt, but if this was another tantrum over his line of work he was not going to be happy. To be honest though, he couldn't think of what else it could possibly be. He hadn't done a damn thing to deserve this sort of behavior and be ordered out of the flat! It was ridiculous. They had argued about it before, but that was all in the past now...or so he thought.
"I'm not kicking myself out until you tell me what in hell is going on," Darren said evenly as he eyed her from the bedroom doorway - which he completely filed from shoulder-to-shoulder.
