Oh, but he did have a fucking temper, didn't he. The cobble did just what it was supposed to and at least one of her curses hit him the way she'd been hoping that it would, cutting up his side. She was prepared for the curses that he sent at her, but she ended up catching the edge of one of the Cruciatus curses.
It sent a shock of pain up her spine and she groaned, forcing herself to keep her concentration. The bolt of green sent warning signals off in her mind and she shot up another shield before she literally threw herself off to the side in a roll. She'd have to thank Tomas for teaching her that one (some sort of American Football thing or something). She kept up with the relatively low-damage spells, but by the time that he was throwing the Unforgivables at her ... well. A modified flagrante curse saw a flaming coil of rope sent in his direction. She'd been messing with it with Erin, trying to find something that would create a binding field. It ought to shoot up a brief wall of flame if she'd done it right. It wasn't meant to do damage, just to distract.
Unfortunately, it shot up for only a few seconds at half-height and fizzled out. They still hadn't gotten it quite right. Damnit.
"Stupefy!" Again.
