 Henry had shaken more hands tonight than he had in his entire career as a quidditch agent. It seemed like everyone was in agreement; the charity was a great idea and this fundraiser was turning out to be a huge success. Henry was the first to turn the talk to his brother, telling those who approached him that Seth was the mind behind it all, but apparently his brother had been boasting the exact opposite, and Henry was receiving praise he didn't normally receive. It could really make a bloke feel like a million galleons, to tell you the truth. Standing at a corner of the dance floor to get a good view of things, Henry felt someone slink particularly close to him and he smiled down at his glowing girlfriend. While it had taken Henry about a week to be able to talk normally without a stutter after Heidi had revealed the news, he was now brimming with pride in just about all aspects of his life. "Are you having a good time?" he asked, putting a hand to her lower back. Henry had been scolded to not fret as much, so he refrained from asking if she was tired and needed to sit, or go home! He'd go home if she wished. "The band should be starting up again soon." |
