I went to the drive-ins last night with Kevin.

We saw Step Brothers and Don't Mess With the Zohan. The drive-ins are a double-feature here, you pay like $8 unless it's bargain night and you get two movies. There are four screens so you can choose your second movie and I wanted to see Get Smart but we were both REALLY tired and it was playing after The Dark Knight, which ended like an hour after our own first movie ended. Neither of us wanted to wait that late. So anyway, Step Brothers was really funny but I didn't like Zohan.

I'm exhausted now. We came home and stayed up for like half an hour and then passed out.

So yeah, we had fun. We almost didn't make it! I was late getting out of work. I didn't get home till nearly 9:30. Good thing we don't live too far!

Wow I am so jealous that movies are 1) that cheap and 2) they are drive in where you are!! Thats so classic <3

Haha I never go to the drive-in. Normally we go to the normal theater (it's $8.25 there btw) but I haven't been to the drive-in yet this year so we decided to go. :D

How much are movies there, anyway?

thats so cute though!!

Ugh movies are anywhere from 9-10 dollars for a ticket and then you know your first born child for popcorn and a soda :P

Oh boy, yeah.

This is why I love our theaters. They were that expensive when I lived back in Virginia, too. And the pop and popcorn is expensive anywhere, but here you can buy a plastic bucket for like $18 and it has unlimited popcorn refills for six months. It kicks ass. A pop is still like $4, though. D:

Hey, I don't really know you that well but I was just curious about your relationship with Kevin. My boyfriend and I are having some problems and I guess I just wanted some reassurance. I seriously LOVE drive in movies! They are so much fun! Get Smart was really cute, you'll have to see it another time. I'm so excited for Step Brothers!!! It looks hilarious.. plus Will Ferral is always golden. :)

I heard that Zohan was a disappointment, but I still sort of want to see it anyway

I honestly wouldn't waste my time. If you're gonna watch it, wait till it's out on movie channels or something. I wanted to just leave halfway through, and I think Kevin kind of did too, but it's a pain to leave mid-movie because you can't turn your lights on or anything and you don't want to hit anyone.

I do really want to see Get Smart! I love Steve Carrell!
