Franklin slipped his hand through the hole in the glass and grabbed the money the Teller had from his account.  It was nice to have money in his pocket once in awhile.  He turned away and walked toward the door, ready to leave for home.  The only problem was what was about to happen.

The doors to the bank burst open and a few clowns poured into the bank. "Send in the clowns!" one sang as the clowns quickly entered and ran up to each teller. "Even us clowns need money, so start putting it in the bags," he said as each of the clowns shoved a bang in each teller's face.

Franklin stumbled off to the side when the clowns came marching in. He looked up, flustered and somewhat confused. Sure, these clowns were rude, but what did they think they could do? Did they think that throwing bags in the faces of the money-handlers would make them fill them up. Franklin couldn't see any weapons, so he didn't understand. In fact, he became part of the laughing crowd.

The laughing was what clowns loved and these were no different, but they did have weapons. Just not your conventional weapons.

Firecrackers exploded and made the people jump. Balloons filled with sleeping gas were popped and knocked people out. Big mallets were hard enough to knock people out. Joy buzzers gave a shock equivalent of a taser.

And Franklin, along with the rest of the crowd, stopped laughing. He swiftly found himself in the backround, trying to keep himself as out of sigh as possible. And maybe, his final reaction was something he inherited from the family. Even though desperately tried to avoid the spotlight, the least he could do was help stop these evil clowns as a mysterious entity.

His telekinetic powers sent chairs, desks, and even lamps at the clowns in an attempt to strike them down. he couldn't say for sure that they wouldn't dodge, but he made the attempt to stop the attack. And in the back of his mind, he was hopin the police would show up to take care of things from there.

Some of the clowns got hit by the flying furniture while others managed to duck them.

Some ran for it, while others tried to get the cash from the tellers.

Still hiding in the background, Franklin changed his method of assault as he heard the sirens of the police cars getting closer. This time he made a telekinetic attempts to pull the money away from the clowns and hold it on the cieling, so that they would never be able to reach it.

The clowns tried to get the money but were unsuccessful.

Clown King was NOT HAPPY! An unhappy clown was a pitiful sight indeed. It was not supposed to go this way. This was supposed to be an easy job and easy money.

"Runaway, my clowns! Runaway!" he shouted.

Franklin felt content to let the clowns "run away". The police cars were parked outside, and the men in their blazing blue uniforms were poised with their guns. He sighed in relief and thought that things were going to be just fine now that the authority had shown up.

Clown King ran out the door last after his clown army. He had been so close. So close.

After the boss had left, and the bank was clear of the clowns, Franklin took the liberty and returnins all the furniture and money back to the way it was. Of course, the act of doing so was causing commotions. He just played the part of a bewildered and somewhat scared dude like the rest of the crowd.

He really didn't want to be the hero, and he might have just accomplished that goal. But there was a nagging feeling in the back of his head: 'At what cost? The bad guys got away. They could do it again.'
