13 April -- Rodolphus and Rabastan are born.

1959
-- Rabastan displays his first signs of magic when Rodolphus refuses to share his toys. Enraged, Rabastan causes an especially creamy danish to come hurtling across the room straight at his brother's face.
-- The twins meet the Black daughters for the first time. Tears are shed.

1965
-- The twins begin school. Rabastan, like his brother, is sorted into Slytherin, where he maintains only the barest minimum of a relationship with Rodolphus. While the other becomes chummy with Bellatrix and Lucius, Rabastan associates with other purebloods, including Barty Crouch Jr., the younger Evan Rosier, and the generally disliked Carrow siblings.

1972
-- Rabastan is recalled from Hogwarts for a few days due to familial obligations. His engagement with Andromeda Black is announced. Bellatrix warns him to behave; he basically tells her to fuck off.
-- Rabastan completes Hogwarts.
-- Andromeda elopes with Ted Tonks. The engagement is subsequently broken by Rabastan's disgusted parents; Rabastan is secretly relieved.
-- Madame Lestrange shows the first signs of the illness that will eventually take her life; while Rodolphus joins Voldemort's cause, Rabastan returns home to care for her.

1973
-- At his brother's 'urging,' Rabastan joins Voldemort's cause.

1975
-- After long and painful discussions between the families, Rodolphus is married to Bellatrix Black. Toward the end of the evening celebrations, Regulus Black finds Rabastan holed up in an empty room, more than a little drunk.
-- Madame Lestrange dies. Rabastan inherits most of her earthly possessions.

1979/80
-- Regulus Black is killed after trying to leave the Death Eaters. Rabastan has a role in his murder and quite possibly in the deaths of the other two Blacks.

1981
-- Voldemort falls. Rabastan, along with his brother, Bellatrix, and Barty Crouch Jr., torture the Longbottoms to insanity. They are hunted down by the Aurors within days and sentenced to life imprisonment in Azkaban.

1996
-- The first mass break out from Azkaban; Rabastan, Rodolphus, and Bellatrix, among others, escape.
-- The debacle at the Department of Mysteries. Rabastan and Rodolphus are recaptured and sent back to Azkaban.

1997
-- Rabastan and Rodolphus once again escape in an incident that is "hushed up" by the Ministry.

1998
-- The final battle at Hogwarts, where Voldemort is killed and Bellatrix gravely wounded.
