Duke: *nods, then steps back, turning to call* Mitham, I found her! Over here!

Mitham: Shaila!?

Shaila: Mitham! *scrambles out from under the trash, and for as small and frail looking as she is she still manages to bowl Mitham over when she glomps him.*

Mitham: *grimaces in pain, but manages to /bite/ back and sound of it, then he's smiling and petting the tiny amin girl.* See? I promised I'd come back. We...we have help now. This is Duke, and Kagerou, we're going to go live with them now.

Shaila: *peeks at the boys* Hullo.

Duke: Pleased to meet you. Are you sick or injured at all?

Mitham/Shaila: Sick.
Mitham: She's sick. She's got a really high fever. *worried*
Kage: Then let's get her to Jerrica.
Mitham: *nodnods and will try to get up without letting go of Shaila*

Duke: *will step forward to take Shaila in his arms if she'll let him, then help Mitham to his feet*

((ooc: LOL Duke logic - get what's in the way /out/ of it, then operate unimpeded. 9,9))

	Mitham: soft hitch of breath, about to protest, but these two have stuck by him even when they didn't have to. He trusts them. He'll give Shaila a reassuring smile Shaila: soft squeak, but at Mitham's smile she turns and clings to Duke...coughing against his shoulder. (Reply to this)(Thread)

Duke: Slavers picked up an "easy" catch, drugging us with blowdarts. We were taken into town and purchased by a human woman named Lunnaei, along with another boy named Mitham. Lunnaei bought us with the intention of freeing us and getting us back to our families. Mitham has no other family except an amin girl named Shaila. We went to find her, then have been on our way to find you. *as Kalan's gotten the back open and the others come out, he gestures at the man* This is Kalan, Lunnaei's husband. He's safe. Among those protected in their household, they have an older half-blood who's not only bonded with an Inriomai but wields two different powers of his own.
