With my ample input, I have three busy children. Sweeping the front porch of every leaf and cobweb - Jayne. Cleaning the laundry room - Karl. Cleaning the "cat's" bathroom (the tiny one off the laundry room, litter galore!) - Katie.

Karl threw a crying jag first, but then submitted to doing it. Jayne had a choice of helping him or having her own project. He pouted when she chose her own. They all are supposed to sweep up stray litter in that bathroom every night after cleaning the box, but since Katie's in trouble anyway, she got the privilege of REALLY sweeping it up.

My kitchen floor is covered in items hauled out of these rooms so we could access the floor. I've tossed several things YAY and now they're waiting for me to direct the mopping.
