[today a Mr. Hashirama Senju will receive an urgent call saying Madara Uchiha has turned himself in for a bank robbery and is currently being held, though refuses to speak to anybody but Detective Senju. so hurry up and run down to the precinct boi!!]

[had to get a photo taken for him to believe it, thinking that the guys were playing a prank on him. they were absolutely telling the truth, Madara was in there. rushes in as fast as his car would go, everyone looking at him as he ran through the precinct to the interrogation rooms. everyone knew of his involvement in this case as well as Madara and how hard he has been to catch so they were all over this.] They said you were hungry. [drops the bag down on the desk that he was requested to get and casually takes his seat at the other side of the desk.

Your sandwich took longer to make than expected. [of course he isn't enthusiastic about this and is waiting for this ending up with Madara walking out. and frankly, he hopes that is the way it happens because this was his catch, not him walking straight off the street. it made everything he had done to date, a waste of time.] Didn't you just turn yourself in for a robbery? I thought this was the reason why you were here.

Yeah. For a recent robbery that I had nothing to do with. But because I said I did it, by law you have to keep me around for two days. Then if there's no evidence found tying me to the case, I can walk free with bail paid. [takes a bite of the sandwich, frowning and opening it, flicking the olives off and onto the floor.] Unless you find something else to hold me on. But even then, I'll make bail eventually. I came in just to see you, but figured you wouldn't come meet me on the street again.

Your sources are slow, Detective Senju. [Boss name :O] left town days ago. [rummages through the bag again. mm, chips.] I've gotten my promotion. And made a little club I want to tell you about. We're old friends, right? Friends shouldn't keep secrets. [looks over to the mirrored wall, knowing it's double-sided and there's people watching in. gives a little wave.] I've formed a legit charity organization that pours money back into the community. You know, public parks, playgrounds, sidewalks for the kiddies. [damn right it's a cover for something shady as hell. but who's gonna hate on a charity?!]

How kind of you to give back to the community, the best way to atone for your previous crimes. [wishes he could get them to go away but they are already suspicious of him and even if he told them that he has this, they would stand there anyway or continue to record him. need to work out a way to get them to leave so Madara will speak more candidly.] Much better than he ever was. So you have the spread of the east side now, that was ripe for the taking a year ago but you held off. Why could that be?

He is recovering well, back to active duty. You know, if you would like to talk to him, I could bring him in, you can have a sit down and catch up. But you haven't personally met him before, have you? What's that young kid's name you have with you? Was it him? You are always so protective of him or either he is better than you because unlike your sloppy jobs, we haven't found one scrap of evidence on him, not even a first name.

Well... In my mission to help the neighborhood, I noticed a few straggler gangs are doing horrible things. Drug dealing, prostitution, extortion, all of these things I don't want in my community. I happen to have extensive information on each leftover gang, which I would happily hand over to the police force, since I know you've been looking for some sort of hurrah to restore trust in the force.
