I do not understand why so many of our peers are raising such a fuss over the amount of work we have been given. It is as though they wish our instructors to dawdle or squander the valuable time we have all been given here. Are we not here to learn and prepare for our futures? I would suggest that anyone who cannot handle the workload might consider relocating to an institution with less rigorous standards. I was, however, under the impression that we were all here at Eligere because it is the best and that is what we wish for ourselves.

Of course, I imagine the masses will always find some reason to complain, regardless of how counterproductive it might be.

Would you prefer to take our evening meal in the main hall or shall I arrange to have something brought to our suite? Assuming, of course, that you do not plan to merely make a meal of the chocolate I gave you earlier. It is most delicious and I would not blame you for doing so, but I believe something a little more nutritious would better serve you.
