Emmeline Vance OCCUPATION Healer FAMILY Caradoc Dearborn; husband, Andrew Franklin; son STATUS After the first war destroyed most of her life, Emmeline decided to take up healing once again, a dream she had always regretted not following. Dumbledore provided her with a way to get away from England and all the troubles of the war. A fellowship at a hospital in New York City was the key.
Galvin Gudgeon OCCUPATION Quidditch Player for the Chudley Cannons FAMILY Glenda Chittock; wife, Tristan Everett; adopted son, Olivia Lucille; daughter STATUS Married. He was in Canada for five years before getting into a serious relationship, in the most surprising of places. Vinny and his long time friend Glenda Chittock had kept in very close touch over the years. They returned to England around the same time, and after years helping each other heal through their heartache, the two found love in the form of one another (and cue the cheesy love song music).
William Jugson OCCUPATION Auror, head of training, Ministry of Magic in France. He transferred shortly after their first child was born in April of 1980, and have been residing there ever since. FAMILY Anneliese Rosenberg; wife, Henry Jacob; son, Gabriella Marie; daughter STATUS Married. He and Anneliese will have been married for eleven years in July, and are doing wonderfully. Their children are pen pals with their cousins in England, and Will makes sure they take trips to visit family during the summer. He finds his job refreshing and has not thought about the death eaters and Voldemort in years.

With their abundance of family members, this set of Kirkes are never bored and always have something to keep them busy. She's still working in the Ministry, but Erin's moved up in cases and given more responsibilities (and an office!). She had some desire to go into curse breaking, but with her son she didn't want to travel much or put herself into the danger the curse breakers do.
phineas mclaggen AGE 34 OCCUPATION Bench Coach for the Puddlemere United FAMILY Joy Diserafino; wife, Cormac Gianni; son (11), Rowan Tiberius; son (8) Talulah Danielle; daughter (7) STATUS Married. Cormac's heading off to Hogwarts in September, which is bringing a lot of emotions. They didn't kill him! No, they managed to raise a rather friendly young boy, who has a bit of a temper, but most of all he knows how to behave in public. At home it's a different story, but he's a happy little thing and can't wait to be a Gryffindor. Because, really, did you honestly think he'd go anywhere else?
graciela smith née: Cervantes AGE 30 OCCUPATION Author FAMILY Alexandrakis Smith; husband, Zacharias Joseph; son (11), Isabella Andrea; daughter (4) STATUS Married. Alex and Graciela added to their family a good seven years later with Isabella. Zacharias is supposed to start Hogwarts in September, but with a bad immune system from his battle with a terrible virus when he was an infant, he falls sick and misses the first semester of school. Graciela's written two more books and is taking a break to prepare herself for sending her son to Hogwarts. She does a lot of speaking in Portugal, whose government has become increasingly more welcome toward muggleborn wizards. Izzie's a handful, but she loves being a mami again and it was much easier this time around because they'd been married so long.

giada dorny née: Vance AGE 30 OCCUPATION MTV Europe VJ FAMILY Graeme Dorny; husband, Jackson Broderick; son (9), Abigail Marie; daughter STATUS Married. Giada and Graeme struggled financially for a long time, but with a house full of Disney and cute puppies, who could really complain? Things changed one day she had to fill in during the station's most popular show and was a hit! Another station offered her a very lucrative position and for nearly seven years she was one of th most popular DJs on the air. Then when MTV Europe began its first broadcasts in 1987, Giada of course accepted the job. Her two children reckon its rather cool to see mummy on the telly all the time.
noah boot AGE 32 OCCUPATION Owner of Planetarium FAMILY Terry Rigel; son (10) STATUS Single father. Noah and Terry have lived the manliest of lives. Except not really, because they chill out all day in the planetarium and Diagon Alley. Noah never married like his family had wanted him to, but he really believes that he and Terry wouldn't have the great relationship they do if there was a woman involved. Terry's a bit clingy, however, and Noah's worried about how sending the boy off to Hogwarts next year is going to affect the dynamics.
estella flint née: Gibbon AGE 33 OCCUPATION Dance Instructor/Studio Owner FAMILY Caden Flint; husband, Marcus Caden; son (14), Jacob Andrew; son (12), Elizabeth Lucille; daughter (9) STATUS Married. Caden and Estella married and joined their rambunctious boys into a very interesting family. A few years later they added Elizabeth, a calming factor for both the boys, who are very loving and protective of their little sister. Estella grew weary of having to run the studio she worked at with little to no credit given to her, so she opened up her own (admittedly with a little help from Caden) and many of her students followed her over (and maybe she stole some of the instructors, too, but they were all very willing!)

Liz had a hard time dealing with the end of the war, it seemed like she lost all of her friends in one fatal swoop. It didn't help that she was pregnant with the couple's second child. Katie starts Hogwarts this September, and Liz isn't sure how she's going to deal with her daughter being away for most of the year. She got into sports photography...well, by just taking pictures at the United matches. She began to develop them and realized that she had a knack for capturing some rather interesting action shots, and who really could deny Ian Bell's wife a job? Just imagine all the inside scoops! Which Liz gave none, but she didn't exactly tell the mag's that.
elena mclaggen née: Nottingham AGE 36 OCCUPATION Animal Healer FAMILY Tiberius McLaggen; husband, Finn Tormaigh; son (10), Jia Li Mei; adopted daughter (12), Konrad Daniel; adopted son (7), Alejandra Rose; daughter (5) STATUS Married. Tiberius and Elena live a content life in Ireland, raising their brood of multi-cultural children. Elena thought adopting so many children would be a problem, but with the other women at the animal center, they opened up a nursery that makes it quite easy for them to be working mothers. Elena often goes to these other countries with Tibs as he tries to spread peace throughout the wizard and muggle world, and loves playing the role of the politician's wife.
eliza diggle née: Alderton AGE 30 OCCUPATION Nurse FAMILY Dedalus Diggle; husband, Eric Archimedes; son (9) STATUS Married. Eliza and Dedalus have lived a relatively calm life since the war ended. She stays at home with her designs, so it's a lovely situation for their son to grow up in. There's always something to do in the Diggle household and old friends are always welcome. Eliza likes to keep in contact with people from school, making sure they all receive cards on every holiday (yes, every holiday) and their son is already showing off his very Ravenclawish tendencies.
bess fawcett née: Zeller AGE 30 OCCUPATION Restaurant Owner FAMILY Drystan Fawcett; husband, Sadie Mairead; daughter (11) STATUS Married.
matilda mulciber née: Rowle AGE 31 OCCUPATION Socialite FAMILY John Mulciber; husband, Mattias Anton; son (10) STATUS Married. Matilda and John, well, they still are very good at driving each other crazy, but they do love each other very much, which surprises themselves the most. Their son is heading to Durmstrang next year with his cousin, Xavier, so Matilda has been very smothering of the boy, trying to get in as much time with him as possible. She's positive he's going to find some Russian girl and run off and never see her again, but John tells her she's being ridiculous and she sort of believes him. Matilda's embraced the lifestyle she dreaded so long with a flourish, and is enjoying her time, glad that the war has been over for so long.

tomas booth AGE 41 OCCUPATION Retired Auror FAMILY Avis Tremaine; wife, Geoffrey Ethan; adopted son (12) Camilla Aurora; daughter (9), Connor Astatine; son (8) STATUS After suffering a near fatal injury near the end of the war, Tomas toughed it out a few more months, was eternally grateful that You-Know-Who was destroyed, and hung up his auror belt. He had no desire to risk his life anymore after his first child was born, and maybe some of this colleagues thought less of him because of it, but Tomas really doesn't care. He's happy as can be being a stay-at-home dad, and is quite handy around the house. Of course, he and Greer have created quite the formidable duo in this whole Daddy Daycare business, but it seemed only right, you know? Plus, they've got Erin's kids so close in the mix, and it's just the family Tomas has always dreamed off
megan bones née: Carmichael AGE 35 OCCUPATION School Teacher FAMILY Jonathan Bones; husband, Susan Cherie; daughter (9) STATUS Married. Megan's life has certainly calmed down since the war ended. Her family had suffered so much that it was almost a mind-numbing relief when Voldemort was finally defeated. She is still very close with Amelia, and Mara may as well be her daughter too. Susan and Mara are the best of friends, and Megan has no qualms with random sleepovers. A few years after the war ended, Megan got her certification in muggle elementary education and is now posing as a second grade teacher at a nearby muggle primary. She says it's to help notice and find out muggleborn wizards and witches that might be having issues in school, but really--she just wants to teach without the worry of someone blowing her desk up.
