Victoire hasn't really talked much to Teddy. Sure, he'd made appearances and tried to get her to talk to him, but for the most part, she had blown him off. And she was getting pretty good at blowing him off. Even if it made her feel horrible, because she did care about him, she didn't want her sister to think poorly of her.

Also, she was talking to a boy about dating him. So she was on the right track. She was sitting in the library, checking her cell phone periodically to see if he'd texted, but he hadn't. With a sigh, she ran her hands through her hair and looked down at the magazine she was reading in the common room.

Teddy was tired of getting the cold shoulder from Victoire. It just... it seemed like they should be together. They'd done sex things and they were happy and Teddy mostly blamed fucking Charlotte for the fact that Victoire had decided Charlotte's bitchy opinion was more important than their happiness.
