Miles and Victoria Capulet met on a misty sort of summer day in Santa Barbara, California. Victoria, who hails from New England originally, had never been to California and was quite lost. Miles, a native to the area, thought she was quite pretty and decided to try his luck and offered her help. She took to him and his sweet, outgoing demeanor very quickly. After he had shown her the way to her destination, he asked is she would accompany him to the beach the next day. Victoria agreed and gave him the number of the hotel she was staying in.

She never went back to New England.

Miles Capulet is a very fun-loving, outgoing, sweet man. He loves to joke and tease, so no one should take any of what he says very seriously. He's much more approachable than his brother, which seems almost impossible. He tends to be very non-judgmental of people he's meeting for the first time, unless he's got some sort of qualm with them or their family. Even then he tries his hardest to be open-minded. He loves Juliet very, very much, and loves his nephew Tyler almost as much. He'd do anything for Juliet, including sending her to a ridiculously expensive school so very far away. But he doesn't mind. He would love to see her become something in life and have fun.

Victoria, on the other hand, is almost the opposite. She's very charming, but it's the East Coast learned charm for Debutantes. She's very loving and sweet to those she loves, her family for instance, but she can also be ruthless bordering on cruel. She was always the bad cop when it came to punishing Juliet, but that doesn't mean she doesn't love Juliet. She does, very much, she just has trouble expressing it. She is all about outward appearances, and makes sure everyone in her family is always looking their best. She can be brisk and cold, but get a couple of brandies in her, and she'll warm up a considerable amount.
