Physical description (face, build, weight): 5' 7" and still growing 140lbs. He as blond hair and blue eyes.

Abilities:Fire Control- Rufus can control and manipulate fire with his mind which he can use to make flames larger and hotter, smaller and cooler, make fireballs, and constructs of flames.
Heat control and Generation- Rufus is still learning how to control this ability
Fire Generation- Possible related to his ability to generate heat Rufus can create his own fire.
Heat and Fire Resistance- Rufus is not really effect by heat or fire although it is possible to overload it but not easily done under normal conditions.
Weaknesses and flaws:His control is not as good as he thinks it is. He’s a trouble maker and often does not think things through and is very impulsive. Rufus does not like the cold at all and it makes an effective threat against him though most won’t use it because of the reasons why he does not like it. Rufus can only increase heat and cannot decrease it though in the future he may be able to disperse it.

Backstory: Legend has it on the day he born Mercury dominated the sky, the nurses that delivered him broke out immediately into bad to the bone, Scott Summer developed a problem with splitting headaches, Yogurt felt a disturbance in the Schwartz and even Loki felt threatened for his trickster status. But these are just legends and no one knows it their true. But what is definitely true is that the most cool totally awesome practical joker to ever live was born that day and that the world would never be the same again.
In the years that followed his skills as a practical joker grew and grew much to the delight of his father and to the dismay of his mother and all those else who just did not have a good sense of humor. Not that Rufus minded that or the trouble that it might get him into not that he was one to deny that he had done a prank. After all how else would they know how clever he was.
As he grew older he decided that he wanted to go to Xavier's with his siblings since it seemed like a lot of fun to him. After several attempts at faking mutant powers with some working out better than other Rufus own mutant powers manifested. The whole town knew it happened with his room bursting into flames in his sleep.
Scott Summer had been warned repeatedly many time that Rufus was coming and that it would not be good for him when it did. But he did not listen figuring that as one of the leading X-Men he could handle anything that he could throw at him. Only to late would he realize that he was very very strong and that he was potentially dealing with his greatest foe yet.
While Rufus might not have really done any X-Men stuff, since he is pretty young and partly because no one wants to deal with him out in the field or what havoc that might reek, he has gotten into more trouble than anyone in the schools history and has already put himself in position so that he might never be passed in that rank.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Already at Xavier's having fun getting into trouble.
