There's been a lot of talk about things not feeling right recently and I have to concur.

We've just been given new guideline for the acquisition of portkeys. They're even harder to obtain from now on. Especially international ones. ~~If you're muggleborn, I wouldn't even bother trying.~~

So, book early for your holidays. At least three months in advance.

	i'm sure you'll be fine. The guidelines seem to be more focused on keeping the muggleborns from leaving the country too easily. Though it's laughable as most muggleborns can use aeroplanes and other muggle transport as well as magical transport. While purebloods would be too stupid to work out tickets and airports.
