my body is fucking with me so bad.
my anxiety is at an all time high.
like if I was always like this I would be CRAZY.
constant racing heart, upset stomach, acid reflex, ocd, not being able to sleep. sleeping too much, not being able to eat normally, twitches/spasms(eyes mostly), worried about stupid shit, not caring about important things, making irrational things about people, & stress.
