Hermione crossed her arms, feeling defensive. "We all put our lives back together differently," Hermione said with forced calmness. "I needed space, and there isn't anything wrong with that." Which was exactly what she told herself every time she felt guilty while she snorkled or suntanned or sat through intermissions at the Opera House.
