A few minutes later, they're in Josh and Ava's room, standing over the still-sleeping Naltorian.

"Okay, so Ava told Josh that I can use my ring to enter the Dream-world where he's held captive, if I just focus my will enough. I'm going to try to take you guys with me."

He offers his hands to each of them. "If you're coming, let's go."

Avalon continues to sleep, though if he sleeps peacefully is anyone's guess. If he could speak, he would probably have a word of encouragement or something equally reassuring to share with his partner.. as it is, not even an eyelash flickers.
