Josh lets out a little happy noise as his hair is played with again, looking up to meet Ava's gaze. He blushes at the announcement though. "I'm not perfect," he mutters shyly.

"Wh-what? You don't have to thank me..."

"Why not?" asks Avalon with a smile, before he reaches out and caresses Josh's cheek gently. "I should thank you for other things, but I do not wish to make you shy." he then says with a wink, before he lifts himself off Josh completely and collapses against Josh's side.

He reaches out then with an index finger, smearing the stickiness on Josh's belly around as he smirks and says "Although we may wish to wash up before things start drying.. I am unwilling to leave our hide-away just yet." he brightens a bit, "Will you watch the sun set with me?"

Josh gasps as Ava pulls off and quickly wraps his arms around him. "There's...water over there to wash with," the healer gestures to the ocean with his head. "Yeah," he says with a smile.

"Good." replies Avalon, before he then snuggles up against Josh's chest, his lips smiling in delight.

Ava has never had a place to belong, or people to belong with; and now finally he has that feeling as he lays there, wrapped up in Josh's arms.
