As it turns out, it seems that I have a niece that I never knew about. I don't know precisely her age, but she's a seventh year at Hogwarts this year. Her name is Rosamund Wyndham. The name was basically all that I could ~~beat~~ get out of the smarmy bastard.

The ingenuity of recent contraptions are nothing short of, or are at least, amusing. It's a shame, though, that most occupy so much of their time sitting about with their quill in hand. There's got to be something better for the lot of you to do, right?

If the truth is flattering, then yes. I guess that'd be an accurate description. Luckily enough for you, the truth usually does happen to be rather flattering.

I don't know what to call the girl. I addressed her as Rosamund in my letters to her, but she kept signing hers with "R. Wyndham". What the hell does that mean? She'd prefer I call her by something more formal?

~~I'm not good with ki~~ Well, hopefully, things go over well. I'm not okay with abandoning family. Unless, of course, it's Ian. I can't automatically assume that this kid is anything like him, though. It'd be like saying that your kid is gonna pop out just like Quirke, which also isn't fair. She deserves a fair chance, right? And it'd be nice to show her that her pop is the only git on this side of the family.

I've still got the cute blonde preference, so no. I'm just trying to let her down lightly. She's got quite the reputation, besides that.
