Gio, still drying her face off, shakes her head grouchily. "No. The last time I had to see a doctor in this country was humiliating." She looks up at him, and her face softens. "But I appreciate your caring, Sengai." Her voice isn't the friendly-but-businesslike way she usually addresses him. It sounds more like the way she talks to Andrew at the end of a long day.
