1) Even before his reformed ways, Argo would have been wary, if not outright opposed, to the dating of his brother's girlfriend. He does have some standards, after all. But after Andy's death (or rather, Titan's, though it amounted to the same thing in the end), Argo's despondency destroyed his own relationship. Jenny and Argo found some comfort in each other.
2) It was, originally, just supposed to have been getting out, getting their minds on other things, but during dinner, there was an undeniable sense of attraction.
3) Which, when he took her home, turned into a doorstep kiss.
4) That very nearly turned into something much more.
5) If Argo hadn't broken it off, saying that it wasn't right, wasn't fair to the memory of his brother. They remained in contact, after, remained friends of a sort, but romance was never spoken of again. |
