See that just earns him a small grin from her. Good he can see reason.
"They're different. Some are almost yellow, then they fade out to being really really white. I'm going for the standard color they tend to use on most rental buildings. They call it 'Egg Shell'," she tries to explain. "Maybe.... later. If the paint really bugs me I want the option of fleeing."
An aging man in a smock at the mixing station greets them with a nod. Sarah points to the color on the pallet that she wants and he just nods at them with a grunt.
"It'll be ten minutes. Still mixing pain for someone else, ma'am," the older man drawls.
