He really doesn't want her to be a thief anymore, because it'd mean that...well the whole situation with the two of them and the kid would be harder and well, he didn't see how it could work. But he doesn't want to ask her to give it up either, it doesn't feel right to do that.
"You could do...insurance or security consultation. Lots of retired thieves go into that, nobody blinks." In his world his mother had opened a small art gallery, with unrivalled security and did the security consultation on the side. It was just a suggestion but he hoped she'd consider it.
