He's certainly taking advantage of how low it goes and letting his teeth scrape ever so slightly, he doesn't want to leave marks. There's a slight smirk as he can feel her enthusiastically trying to get rid of the tie.
Laces of her dress loosened as much as he can from this position, he has to stop and look at her. The question is asked rather softly, "Sarah, could you turn around?" It would be easier to figure out how to get her out of this if he could see the laces. But that meant they couldn't distract each other as easily. Well...she couldn't.
